Have 4 autoimmune conditions including lupus and arthritis..my energy levels are amazing my blocked gut is clear highly highly recommend..weight slowly moving..am on a lot of medications and the conditions themselves make weight loss very difficult but its slowly working..I certainly haven't gained weight since taking it awesome!! Decent product while on sale.
Been using for 2 weeks, they helps with digestion, less bloating & more consistent toilet time.
Only downside is both have additive sugars.
