Definitely should have read the reviews before taking 1st dose, but thankfully before half panicking I did, I also got the hot flush, burning itchy sensation but definitely calmed down within 30-40min after also having a good dose of water, picture just shows the red, keeping in mind I do have excema so looks alot worse. Has not put me off now I know what to possibly expect tomorrow

Definitely warms you up lol red flushing face but if you follow usage it's ok. Don't take and then have a hot drink or hot meal. Drink lots of water.
great product helps with the cravings
This is an awesome product. Unexpectedly it helped with other issues such as hip and joint pain, overall mood and energy. I haven’t lost weight because of it but, that’s due to the corns chips and chocolate ☺️. Love the flushing niacin. Don’t change it.
Research shows niacin helps with lowering cholesterol and improving blood flow. Probably unwise to use niacin long term, potential liver challenges. Do your own research tho. Second bottle purchased and weight loss taken more seriously.

niacin reaction - entire body went red and hot, my face swelled up and had nausea. This should be clearly stated on the bottle as I freaked out that I was having a severe allergic reaction until I found these reviews that niacin can cause this. wish I had known sooner.

This stuff for sure helps
Had a server allergic reaction. First day taking just got hives on hands. Took second lot next day and got extreme full body burning, swelling needing ED intervention. Have never reacted to anything ever. I take other oxyenergy products which are great but not AMPK

I’m really pleased I read the reviews first, so I knew what was happening when I was suddenly overtaken by an itchy arms-and-legs heat rash. It was gone in about 20-30mins. I had good energy all day, and reduced appetite. Not sure if you’d reasonably expect it to work that quickly, but it’s made me excited to continue with it. Day 2 I was already moving around and heading out on my bike when I took today’s dose so I don’t know if that’s why I didn’t get the heat rash reaction today, but other than that I feel the same; good energy, reduced appetite.

Loving using this product - Directions are a little confusing but worked out its only 2 per day. Should have read a bit more about the Niacin flush as the first time taking these was a shock. Slowly getting used to it now.
