    • We strongly encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases before completing them.

  • Faulty Products:

    • If a product purchased from OXYENERGY is found to be faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and the circumstances.

    • It is very important that you contact us as soon as you find out that the product is faulty.




Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

    • New Zealand Deliveries

      FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $80 NZD.

      For orders under this amount, postage is just $7.99

      For most destinations within New Zealand should be with you within 2-5 working days. For rural addresses, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery

      We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bag addresses. 

    • Australian Deliveries

      FREE delivery within Australia on all orders over $90 NZD.

      For orders under this amount, postage is just $9.99 NZD.

      Please allow approximately 2 weeks for deliveries to Australia.

      We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bag addresses. 


  • Order Tracking:

    • Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    • This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery through our website or the courier's website.
