Refund policy
Returning products: According to the refund policy provided by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment, we do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. We therefore encourage you to be well informed before buying our products and to choose carefully. We also invite both new and existing customers to book a visit with our in-store staff to discuss the best products for their individual needs, so you can make a well-informed purchase. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If you change your mind about an order, we can cancel and refund a submitted order as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact us with your order details as soon as possible.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, please visit us in store at 153 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023, or email us at info@oxyenergy.co.nz
so we can assist you with the best options. Please note that all exchange requests will be carefully assessed by our team to ensure the product is in perfect condition, unopened, completely sealed, and has an expiry date of more than 3 months at the time of exchange.
Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your faulty return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
