How To Use

Recommended dosage: Take 1 sachet (1 serving) daily, mixed with 300 ml of water and drink directly. Warm or cold water can be used, but the water temperature should not exceed 40°C.

I would recommend this for anyone suffering knee pain.
I sprinkle it on my muesli and although it has a bit of a bite, the results are great after week 2 for me. I am going to try it in juice too, just for a change.
