Felt almost immed actioning inside... within2 days I definitely experienced big response and positive improvement. Been using several other magnesiums but this one worked immed relief...& improvement.

Haven't had cramps in my legs and feet since I started taking it, its an excellent product for me.

It does help with flushing out the system but it dosen't shift as much weight as I believe it shows in the adds

It's working well on my body not having as much pain in my hips when I sleep or walk, dosen't help with the sleep much.
