OXYENERGY recently attended the University of Auckland Science Careers Expo, providing an opportunity to connect with students from a wide range of science disciplines and introduce them to our brand, our work, and our growing presence in New Zealand.
The event brought together students and organisations from across different areas of science, creating a valuable environment for conversations around career pathways, industry experience, and future opportunities.

Throughout the expo, the OXYENERGY team spoke with students about the different areas of the business and how the brand is developing locally. Discussions included our Newmarket store, nutrition and wellness initiatives, marketing activities, and local manufacturing and operations in Auckland.
These conversations provided students with a broader view of how different science, nutrition, operations, and communication disciplines can connect within a growing wellness business.

As OXYENERGY continues to develop its presence in New Zealand, future opportunities may emerge across different areas of the business, including the Newmarket store, marketing and content, nutrition and wellness, as well as manufacturing and production support.
Rather than representing a single career pathway, the expo highlighted the range of skills that contribute to the wider health and nutrition industry, from scientific knowledge and product development to communication, operations, and customer engagement.

The OXYENERGY booth also gave students the opportunity to explore a selection of products and learn more about the types of wellness and sports nutrition categories the brand works across.

For OXYENERGY, engaging with students is an important part of staying connected with the next generation of science and industry talent. Events like the Science Careers Expo provide an opportunity to share practical perspectives from the workplace while also learning more about the interests, skills, and career aspirations of students preparing to enter the industry.

A sincere thank you to everyone who stopped by to speak with us, and to the University of Auckland for creating a valuable platform for students and industry to connect.
We appreciated the curiosity and enthusiasm of everyone we met and look forward to continuing conversations with future science, nutrition, marketing, and operations talent.
