I am taking Milk Thistle for short periods but i need more time to seeif they working for me

Second order of 120 capsules and they are doing exactly as state. This isn't an over night fix but it is definitely working as my test results are showing.

It is a good product, I have combined with the Lipo. Been on this product for about a month or two. I have been on the Lipo product longer. As a beer drinker, I don't feel bloated or super hungry the day(s) after, which is great for me, cause I can EAT! Easy enough to take before a meal, I take two instead of one.

It's supposed to help my liver, but how do I know if it's working?

I’m into the 3rd month now and my fatty liver levels have gone down quite dramatically.I feel my overall well-being has improved as well and ironically I feel that there is less pain in the area where my liver is in my body.I didn’t feel anything for the first few weeks but now my body just kinda feels healthier.

I love this product! I feel like I’m doing good for my body when I take this. It’s great if you’ve had a few wines the night before or haven’t eaten very well that week. This makes me feel lighter and recover faster!

Only been taking these for a week, like all things was a little sceptic, I have bought things promising the world only to be given the booby prize, BUT!!, even only after a couple of days, I have felt a difference.. I was told I had fatty liver yrs ago (I don't even drink much so thought wtf?) but the top part of my stomach feels way less tight, I can even breath better as it's not pushing under my ribs.. I am that pleased with them that I have put a friend onto these too, and if I don't like something, it wont get promoted.. I bought the 120 capsules for myself and my friend, way better value

Im sharing these with my husband. No bloating but my gut still looks pregnant? It feels flat but when i look in the mirror my gut is bigger than my arse. I am going through menopause so its challenging. I take GLP 1, i have been now for about 3 weeks i think. I haven't noticed anything and decided to take it 3x a day. Once in the morning, Lunch and after dinner. I have been doing this for almost a week.

This is my second day taking Milk Thistle so it might be a little early but I do feel a bit different my bowl movement is more regular.I think everyone is different and have their own experiences so I am happy with my experience so far.

This product does some great work..
Not for the faint of heart, once it starts working , your stool will smell like a century old sewer, but then after a good week or so nothing, energy levels have risen, I now sleep like I’ve died, no restlessness, and my mind is clear..
