My daily routine during or after the workout

I started training harder (For good 3months, training 6-7times a week.. yes, almost everyday!) since I was preparing for my first Hyrox in Sydney July 2026. I feel the difference in recovery time with the product, and this prodcut became part of my daily routine. I usually take them during my workout, or some left overs I have them post workout. it tastes so good, easy to carry as it is wrapped individually. I highly recommend Golden BCAA

GOLDEN BCAA Muscle restore

I believe you need to have more than what the packet gives in terms of sachets. I only did one packet so not sure it had an impact. Thanks April
