A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains fenugreek. People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product. In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite is experienced, cease using this product and see a doctor. Individuals on blood thinning medications should consult a doctor before using this product due to the potential of turmeric and vitamin K to affect bleeding.
