I’m not entirely sure if this is actually blocking the calories from my meals, but it is definitely blocking the post-lunch regret! I still look exactly the same in the mirror, but my digestive system feels great and I feel lighter on my feet after eating. Even if it's just magical thinking, the good vibes alone are worth it.
