these do seem to make me feel a little less anxious, although my anxiety can be pretty severe at times, so i wasnt expecting prescription type relief. i just prefer to try the natural route for medicating. so far so good, i only take one at a time as well.

On the bigger size of pill

After 30 days, I started to feel them working. They are big capsules so if you don’t like taking big pills, these mite not be the best for you.
